Bipolar Symptom: Irritability
People like to call men “grumpy” as they get older. Many of them are. If their irritability comes on suddenly, is uncharacteristic, or last for many days, it could signify something else going on.
Bipolar disorder can rear its ugly head through outbursts and irrational ranting. Left untreated, this growing anger can lead to money, relationship, or even legal troubles.
I've never had legal issues, but angry outbursts led to the end of several relationships.
Friends referred to me as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I would be the life of the party one minute, and then some small, unimportant thing would set me off, and I would fly into a tirade. I would get so angry that there was no calming me down.
Words quickly became weapons, and I hurt many people in the process.
