I figure that I'm not the only one who experiences this after the festive season. So I hope this helps a little. I know denial makes things much worse for me. Trying to do more than I can leads to burn out.
I'm so excited about the platform. It is so close to completion. It's basically done and we're making it look good.
When it's ready, I'll run an ad to everybody following me. I'll post too of course.
It also has mood journalling. Designed to be short and sweet, whilst extremely insightful. I wanted it to answer the key questions a psychiatrist always ask. Sleep, mood, anxiety levels, have you been following your prescription and meals eaten. With graphs to visually see how things have been for whatever time periods. You can just print it off and take it to your appointment.
So yeah, if you'd be interested, give me a follow. The encouragement and support would really be appreciated.
