building us a platform. Over £45k of web development hours has been invested. There are forums, Spotify and Apple playlists, posts, podcasts, books, chat... Also a mood journal. My hope is that together we can create a powerful resource for the generations that follow. ee TT

If you would, give me a follow. That way you'll know when it's ready. I'd really appreciate the encouragement. Kinda hoping this hasn't been a grandiose obsession. If you think your followers would be interested, post this to your story. er TT

Inner conversations are like pathways. The more I travel them, the faster and more established they become. Like a motorway.

By contrast, the less I travel them, the more slow and overgrown they become. Like an overgrown path in the forest.

I learned that by changing the conversation, the quicker I could break those habitual patterns.

Every conversation, to myself or others, has emotions attached to it. Some of them are not helpful. What's the point in that?

I guess I've realised that with persistence I can change my predominant emotional state by being mindful of my conversations.

In my view, the point in life is to enjoy ourselves. Everything else is a means to an end.

The platform is feature rich, easy to use and beautiful to look at.

Straight after launching the platform and apps, I'm going to develop an online video course. In short, what I'd say to myself after my first episode 13 years ago.

Starting with the extreme, and unfiltered, experiences. Then the best of what I've learned to help me ride this Bipolar.

If you're interested in any of this, I'd love your support via a like and follow. That way, you'll know as soon as they're ready for you.

Maybe even post it to your story
