it comes to inner conversation. It's like | have a bully in my head. The best thing | practice doing, is techniques that make it easier to laugh at the BS it comes out with. It takes learning how to quiet your mind the moment you become aware of the bully. @ridingbipolar www.ridingbipolar.com

We need to keep in the forefront of our mind that thoughts are not facts.

However acknowledging that our minds will make it feel that way. Also that thoughts are powerful things as we know.

An important thing to learn is the nature of our minds. The mechanics of it and the way it behaves.

If only I knew how to avoid depression in its entirety. Sadly its the nature of the beast when it comes to Bipolar.

However we can let it mean different things to us. What we let it mean and the story we tell ourselves about it is everything.
